Hello, I'm Rick, originally from the charming town of Odijk in the Netherlands 
, with a longstanding passion for real estate. With over 15 years of experience, my expertise lies in the vibrant Utrecht region.
My journey in real estate took a unique turn in 2019 when I met my Canadian partner, Carmen 
. She embraced the adventure of leaving her homeland for the charms of the Netherlands, armed with only a suitcase and a dream. This marked a significant turning point, reshaping not only my personal life but also my professional perspective.
Learning about Carmen's experience of settling in the Netherlands, a journey filled with both exhilaration and hurdles, casted a new light and opened my eyes to the unique aspects of the expatriate experience.
